Consorzio Ro.Ma., is a Vocational Education and Training provider and a business consulting organization founded in 2003 and certified training provider by the Lazio and Campania (Italy) Regions.
During the years it is specialized in the planning, design, delivery, management, monitoring and evaluation of training paths at various levels:
– In the field of School Education;
– In the field of Adult Education;
– In the field of Educational and Vocational Training.
The organization offers a wide range of consulting services, useful in helping to develop, upgrade skills and personal care growth as well as organizational development of businesses.
Through the construction and dissemination of good practices and models of excellence at local, national and European level, it pursues its MISSION by “promoting innovation in terms of strategies, methodologies and tools” in the areas indicated.
Consortium Ro.ma. founds its activities on KEY LEVERS OF ACTION, very important in view of achieving its goals, such as:
– The Internationalization, that is the building of European-level partnerships;
– The Digitisation, that is the introduction of ICT based tools and methodologies;
– The Alignment of training paths/content with the labour market in order to promote more competitiveness;
– The Contrast to the dynamics of social exclusion.
Over the years, it has also built a network of collaborations and relationships which allow it to promote and successfully implement research and training activities addressed to different sectors’ needs:
– In the field of School Education, Consorzio Ro.ma. deals with the training and updating of skills of the school teachers in activities aimed at:
– encourage the innovation in teaching at the level of strategies, methodologies and teaching tools;
– promote the development of citizenship skills, the school-work transition and the inclusion of students at risk of marginalisation (migrants, pupils with special educational needs …).
– In the field of Adult Education, it works for improving the high-quality learning opportunities of low-skilled adults and to validate skills acquired through informal and / or non-formal learning pathways.
– In the field of Vocational and Educational Training, it carries out training activities with the aim of social and working inclusion of groups at risk of exclusion (unemployed, NEET, women, migrants, over 50).
– Consorzio Ro.Ma. promotes not only the upgrading of skills and the growth of personal careers, but also the organizational development of customer companies: it supports the businesses and the organizations for implementing of training plans finalized to skills upgrading and dissemination of business development plans.
Finally, in the last years Consorzio Ro.Ma. has submitted several project proposal under EU Commission calls, in particular regarding DG Justice, COSME, ENPI and Erasmus Plus programme. It has obtained grants for two Erasmus plus project, respectively TALKING – Transactional Analysis Learning for Keeling over the INtercultural Gap (a KA 2 project with the aim of increasing the relational and communication skills of teachers and trainers working with multicultural classes of adult immigrants) and STRIDE – STRategies for the Digital Education (a KA 2 project with the aim of increasing the digitization competences and skills of schools’ teachers and headmasters about the use of ICT and social media within the didactics).
