On February 17 – 22, 2020 we have carried out the ESSENCE Joint Staff Training Event in Murcia. We have gathered a total of 25 teachers, from the 7 partner countries and we have been working for 6 days in a row. It has been strenuous, but it has been very productive.
The course has been proposed as an entrepreneurship project in itself, that is, the objective of the course is for each teacher to go home with a work project with their students in which they could put into practice and use the ESSENCE and the ESSENCE tool (they will be our project pilots).
We have learned a lot, trainers, participants, speakers, everyone. Now we have a lot of work ahead of us.
In addition, we wanted to include collaborative processes and metacognition moments every day that made us more aware of the learning and the doubts that arose.
